MEET PAM L. SMITH

Prior to obtaining my sales license in 1994, I had 17 years experience as a real estate paralegal working with a large law firm in Mobile, Alabama. As a real estate paralegal, I was involved in conducting real property title searches, preparing opinions of title and assisting attorneys with various real estate matters. I also worked as a Paralegal Specialist with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in Atlanta and was involved in liquidating assets of failed financial institutions, assisted with the national real estate auction and handled foreclosures.
Upon receiving my license I joined the sales staff of Century 21 and attended Century 21 Plus training, Effective Finance, The Success Series, consisting of 14 classes covering a variety of subjects. Extensive in house training in contracts, agency disclosure and marketing strategies has provided a solid background of experience. Frequently attending local, State and National seminars has kept me up to date on the latest topics.
